Counselling For

Adults, older people, children and young people.

I provide both long and short term counselling, meeting weekly.

How I Work

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor. I have worked with children, young people, adults and older people. I may work in a number of ways with you and respond and adapt my approach to suit your individual needs.

What is most important to me is our relationship. Working relationally means building a trusting, honest relationship and using our relationship as the basis for successful therapy.

I may help you to change some of your negative thought processes and may work creatively using art, particularly when working with children and young people.
